A dedicated Property Manager, Jacquie oversees all aspects of ongoing Property Management for the company.
As a former tenant herself Jacquie understands the frustrations and concern that some tenants have, therefore she strives to ensure tenants receive the best letting experience.
Her attention to detail gives Landlords peace of mind that their property is in safe hands. This is key, as Jacquie oversees preparation of fully extensive Inventories (with supporting photographs) and she and her team conduct periodic property inspections keeping the landlord updated on maintenance and other issues regularly throughout the tenancy.
To ensure high property standards are maintained, she works closely with our qualified pool of contractors ensuring repairs are completed in a timely manner.
When not at work, Jacquie likes to spend time with family and friends, and exploring the Scottish countryside with her dog Mac. She also loves nothing more than a European city break.
