A landlord success!
Marian Summers has been a landlord with One Stop Properties for 18 months. She has a property in Shettleston, managed by One Stop Properties.
Marian had a previous property which she rented out for 3.5 years with another property management company. Even though she received ‘updates’ about the property from her agent, which had been rented by a professional couple with kids, she had decided she would visit it to see for herself and was shocked with the result. It was in a really poor state of repair, filthy and had a strong odour. She immediately terminated the notice with the tenants and started legal proceedings with her property management agent, with the aim of repairing the property and putting it up for sale.
