As one of the newer members of staff, Frances joined the team towards the end of 2020.
Raised in the South Side of Glasgow, Frances started her working career in a large Estate Agency group. Here, she mastered impeccable customer service skills which complimented her warm and bubbly personality.
Frances worked in Letting for some 12 years, learning every aspect of the rental market. She then gained extensive knowledge of the property industry by moving into Construction/New build market. As such, Frances’s property experience is vast.
Possessing this wealth of experience meant that Frances was able to settle into her role at One Stop Properties with ease. Frances’s role includes; assessing all new tenancy applications to ensure that our robust underwriting criteria is met, as well as preparation of all new leases, lease renewals and rent reviews.
Frances loves nothing more than retail therapy and a few glasses of wine at the weekends with her friends.
